V. Precautions for use:
 
(1) Because the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings rely on the conveyed medium, dry running is absolutely forbidden. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid empty running when the power is turned off and restarted in the middle of work.

(2) If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

(3) The medium to be transported and its temperature shall be within the range of the allowable parts of the pump material. Pump operating temperature <280 ° C, maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, density of not more than 1840kg / m3, viscosity of not more than 30cm2 / S, no hard particles and dimensional liquid. Special working conditions should be strictly in accordance with the contract agreement.

(4) For the transporting medium which is easy to deposit and precipitate, it should be cleaned in time after use to drain the liquid in the pump.

(E) After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the bearing and the end face moving ring should be disassembled and inspected, and the unusable & damaged parts should be replaced.

(VI) The magnetic coupling inside and outside of this series of pumps uses high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may cause potential harm to the following devices. Please keep the following devices away from this series of pumps. Such as: cardiac pacemakers, credit cards and other magnetic cards, calculators, computer disks, watches, etc.
