1. Uses and characteristics

IS and IR type pumps are horizontal single-stage single-suction fresh water centrifugal pumps , which are used in industrial and agricultural and urban, drainage, fire-fighting water supply, etc. It is used for sucking water and liquid with similar physical and chemical properties without water and solid particles. It is widely used in industry and agriculture, urban, drainage, fire water supply and so on.

The IS and IR pumps are designed according to the performance and size stipulated by the international standard IS02858. Their technical standards are closer to international standards and reach the international advanced level. It is one of the energy-saving pump products promoted in China.

The centrifugal pump has a simple structure, reliable performance, small size, light weight, good anti-cavitation performance, low power consumption, and convenient use and maintenance. IS and IR pumps have a wide range of versatility. There are 140 specifications in the entire series, but only four shafts are used. Shafts, bearings and shaft seals of the same specification can be interchanged.

Structure description

This pump is a rear-open type, and it is not necessary to remove the suction and discharge pipes when disassembling the pump cover and impeller. The suspension is equipped with two ball bearings, lubricated with machine oil or grease. The pump is directly driven by a motor through a flexible coupling. The vortex chamber, feet, water inlet flange and water outlet flange are cast into a whole.

IS and IR pumps are designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the national standard ISO2858. They are mainly composed of the pump body (1), pump cover (2), impeller (3), shaft (4), seal ring (5), shaft Cover and suspension bearing parts (12).

1. The pump does not absorb water, and the pointers of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge are swinging violently.

Insufficient water is injected into the pump, and the water pipe or meter is leaking.

Then inject or tighten the leak in the fruit.

2. The pump does not absorb water, and the vacuum gauge indicates the degree of vacuum.

The low valve is not open, or the resistance of the suction pipe is blocked and the suction pipe is too high.

Correct or change the foot valve. Clean or change the pump water pipe to reduce the suction height.

3. Check that there is pressure at the water outlet of the pressure gauge pump, but the water pipe still does not produce water.

The outlet pipe resistance is too large, the rotation direction is wrong, and the impeller is blocked.

Check or shorten the water pipe and check the motor. Remove the water pipe connector and clean the impeller.

4. The flow is lower than expected.

The pump is blocked and the mouth ring is damaged too much.

Clean the water pump and pipes and replace the ring.

5. The persuasive rate of water pump consumption is too large.

The stuffing box pressure is too tight, the stuffing box heats up, and the water supply of the pump increases due to the worn impeller.

Tighten the stuffing box, or take out the packing to make some squares, replace the impeller, increase the resistance of the outlet pipe, and reduce the flow.

6. The internal sound of the water pump is abnormal. The water pump is not on the water.

The flow rate is too large, the resistance inside the suction pipe is too large, the water absorption height is too large, there is air infiltration at the water absorption site, and the temperature of the liquid being sent is too high.

Increase the resistance in the outlet pipe to reduce the flow, check the resistance in the suction pipe of the pump, and check the bottom valve to reduce the suction height. Tighten the leaks to reduce the temperature of the liquid.

7, bearing overheating.

Without oil, the pump shaft and motor shaft are not on a centerline.

Fill with oil and align the center of the grapefruit.

8. Pump vibration.
