Assembly and disassembly

2. Install the rotor component on the pump body, adjust the axial position of the impeller to the middle of the double suction seal rings on both sides to fix it, and fasten the bearing body gland with the fixing screw.
3. Put the stuffing on, put the paper pad on it, cover the pump cover and tighten the stud pin, then tighten the pump cover nut, and finally install the grave gland. But don't press the packing too tightly. If the packing is too tight, it will cause the shaft sleeve to heat up and consume a large amount of power. Don't press too loosely. If it is too loose, it will cause large liquid leakage and reduce the efficiency of the pump.
After the assembly is completed, the pump shaft is rotated by hand without rubbing. The rotation is relatively smooth and even, and the disassembly can be performed in the opposite order of the assembly.
installation
1. Check that the water pump and motor are not damaged.
2. The installation height of the pump, plus the hydraulic loss of the suction pipe, and its speed energy, must not be greater than the allowable suction height value specified in the sample. The basic dimensions should conform to the installation dimensions of the pump unit.
3. Installation sequence:
① Place the water pump on the concrete foundation with anchor bolts, adjust the level by adjusting the wedge-shaped spacer in between, and tighten the anchor bolts appropriately to prevent walking.
② Put concrete after foundation and pump feet.
③ After the concrete is dry, tighten the anchor bolts and check the level of the pump again.
④ Correct the concentricity of the motor shaft and the pump shaft. Make the two axes in a straight line, the tolerance of the coaxiality on the outer circle of the two-axis device is 0.1mm, and the tolerance of the unevenness of the end gap along the circumference is 0.3mm , Should still meet the above requirements).
⑤ After checking that the rotation of the motor is consistent with that of the pump, install the coupling and the connecting pin.
4. Support for the inlet and outlet water pipes shall be provided separately, and shall not be supported by the pump body.
5. The junction between the pump and the pipeline should ensure good air tightness, especially the water inlet pipeline, must be strictly non-leakage, and there should be no possibility of air trapping on the device.
6. If the water pump is installed above the inlet water level, a bottom valve can be installed to start the pump. Can also be used to vacuum water.
7. After the pump and the water outlet pipe, generally need to install the gate valve and check valve (the head is less than 20 meters can be used), the check valve is installed behind the gate valve. The installation method mentioned above refers to the pump unit without a common base.
Install the pump with a common base, and adjust the level of the unit by adjusting the wedge-shaped horn between the base and the concrete foundation. Concrete is then poured in between. Its installation principles and requirements are the same as for units without a common base.

Five, start, stop and run:

1. Start and stop:
Before starting, turn the rotor of the pump, it should be smooth and even.
② Close the water gate valve and fill the pump (if there is no bottom valve, use a vacuum pump to evacuate water) to ensure that the pump is full of water. No air is trapped.
③ If the pump is equipped with a vacuum gauge or pressure gauge, turn off the rotary base connected to the pump and restart the motor. Turn it on after the speed is normal; then gradually open the water gate valve. If the flow is too large, you can properly close the small gate valve Adjust; otherwise, the flow is too small. Open the gate valve.
④ Tighten the compression nut on the packing gland evenly to make the liquid leak out. At the same time, pay attention to the temperature rise at the packing cavity.
⑤ When stopping the pump operation, first close the cocks of the vacuum gauge and pressure gauge, and the gate valve on the water outlet pipe. Then turn off the power to the motor.
When the temperature in the environment is low, the square screw plug in the lower part of the pump body should be opened. Remove the water to prevent frost cracking. ⑥ When it is not used for a long time, the water pump should be disassembled and the water on the other parts should be wiped dry. Apply rust preventive oil on the processed surface for safekeeping.
2. Operation:
① The maximum temperature of the pump bearing should not exceed 75 ° C.
② The amount of calcium-based butter used to lubricate the bearing is preferably 1/3 to 1/2 of the bearing body space.
③ Packing gland can be properly pressed when the packing is worn. If it is too worn, it should be replaced.
④ Regularly check the shaft parts. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor bearings.
⑤ During operation, if snoring or other abnormal sounds are found, stop immediately, check the cause, and eliminate it.
⑥ Do not increase the speed of the pump arbitrarily. However, it can be used at a reduced speed. For example, the rated speed of this pump is n flow is Q, head is H.
